Craig began his real estate journey in 1990 with Webster Real Estate before joining Roberts Real Estate in 1996, where he spent almost a decade establishing himself as a trusted sales professional in Hobart. In 2004, he founded Fruit Property, an independent agency that grew from a single Hobart office into a successful franchise network spanning Tasmania, Queensland, Melbourne and Perth. Building the business from the ground up gave Craig invaluable experience in leadership, business development and creating exceptional client experiences. In 2011, Craig expanded his focus into coaching and mentoring, working alongside agents and business owners across Australia. During this time, he shared his expertise while gaining valuable insights from some of the industry's leading professionals. He later joined the Stockdale & Leggo network in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, further broadening his experience before returning home to Hobart. Throughout his career, Craig has successfully managed the sale of landmark developments including Tolmans Hill, Beach House Apartments, Oceana Rise in Howrah and One Collins. While these large-scale projects have been career highlights, what he values most is helping everyday Tasmanians navigate some of life's biggest decisions.
